Shops whose main business is 'retail' technology (laptop/gadget) tattooing

• Adafruit: (That's us!) Manhattan, NY laser etching company. By appointment only, $30 for small devices. $100 for laptops.

• ETCHamac: custom laser etching for macs and iPods, using an only flash design system. Mailorder or walk-ins. Located in Peoria, AZ. Offers Cermark spray. iPods are ~$50 and laptops are $50-$200 by "quarter"

• Technology Tattoo: In Minneapolis, by appointment only. No other information.

• RazorLAB Ltd: London based company offering laser etching on laptops, iPods, etc.

• Scott Campbell Tattoo: Brooklyn, NY tattoo studio with laser cutter for laptops. $200 for 'portfolio design', $300 for custom design. (Not much more info)

• ETCH Inc.: Etch is Atlanta's premier laser marking & design studio providing protyping, personal and corporate branding, and unique product identification services. When you are ready to "make your mark;" you come to ETCH!

• iStyle Custom: LA shop. ~$30 for small devices, ~$100 for large ones

• Powerbook Laser Engraving Exactly what it sounds like, $100 for laptops, in Colorado

• engravee: Boston MA (back bay). By appointment only, prices starting out at $30 for cells+iPods, $80-$100 for laptops

• engrave your tech: Located in Portland OR. Offering custom laser engraving on Laptops, Ipods, Cellphones, and Wonder Bread By appointment only.

• Etched! (no web site yet…soon!) Located in Weatherford, TX (near Fort Worth). Retail gift shop / custom laser engraving. Offering laser engraving on mobile phones, laptops, and just about anything else. Phone number 817-550-1687. Email us at laseretched@gmail.com for photos of our work!

• IPS: Run-of-the-mill laser cutting shop, 24"x36" 60W laser with rotary attachment. $75.00/HR flat rate for graphic or laser time. Located in Portland, Oregon. Mail order or walk-in.
